TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
ThirstFree specializes in the design, production, and supply of premium bespoke-branded aluminium water cans and bottles.
Our goal is to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and design-driven products that reflect our clients’ brand values while promoting environmental responsibility.
To ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings, the following Terms & Conditions govern all transactions between ThirstFree (“the Supplier”) and the client (“the Customer”).
2. Orders & Artwork Approvals
2.1 Order Confirmation
No order shall be deemed confirmed until ThirstFree issues a written order confirmation and the required deposit payment is received in full.
2.2 Artwork Approval
ThirstFree provides digital artwork proofs prior to production. The Customer must carefully review all elements — including text, logos, layout, and colours.
Once artwork is approved in writing (via email or signed proof), ThirstFree accepts no liability for any subsequent design, typographical, or colour-related discrepancies.
2.3 Colour & Print Variations
While every effort is made to ensure colour accuracy, minor variations between digital previews and physical prints may occur due to manufacturing processes, materials, or display settings. Such differences are considered commercially acceptable and not grounds for refund or reprint.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Deposit & Balance
A non-refundable deposit (as specified in the quotation or invoice) is required to initiate production.
The remaining balance must be settled within 10 days of the invoice date or prior to dispatch, unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing.
3.2 Late Payment & Interest
Overdue balances may accrue interest at 10% per month on the outstanding amount.
ThirstFree reserves the right to suspend delivery, cancel pending orders, or withhold artwork files until full payment is received.
3.3 Debt Recovery
In the event of non-payment, ThirstFree may engage a debt collection agency or pursue legal action. All related costs, including legal and administrative fees, will be recoverable from the Customer.
4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes
All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and delivery charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any fluctuations in raw material costs, logistics fees, or exchange rates beyond ThirstFree’s control may be reflected in the final invoice.
